CHARITY BEGINS AT HOME! March 23, 2008

Why do countries donate funds to other countries when their own people suffer so badly? South Africa has been spending millions of Rand’s outside of the country to help others in Africa, but there are millions of people without food, housing, water, electricity and jobs in the country.

We have three major crisis situations in the country and they are: lack of electricity, polluted water and unemployment, but the Government still sends our electricity to our neighbouring countries and spends the funds they have authority over in inappropriate ways.

Charity begins at home! South Africa help your own people first and if there are funds over then help others.

I would love to know how much USA has donated to various countries in the world to help with HIV / AIDS, Malaria, TB, wars, etc. but look what is happening in their own country.

On CNN we see that people have burnt down their own houses because of foreclosures thinking that they would claim from their insurance companies only to be jailed for arson and they are still left with the debt. Many people are living in caravans, or they have no homes at all, as their homes have been destroyed by tornado’s, floods, hurricanes, snow storms, etc.

Charity must begin at home! America help your own people first! There is a severe crisis in your country and many families need help!

Many countries are in the same situation, it is time that every President has a close look at their own backyard before dishing out their people’s funds!.
