FUEL PRICES GOING UP AGAIN! May 27, 2008

Our petrol price will be going up again in June and there seems to be no relief for us in the short term! I just wonder when it is going to hit a level where there will be total resistance to the price and cause the general public to boycott petrol stations.
I notice that some sections of users in the UK have had a protest march today urging their government to halt the price increases.
It is sad to see that the countries who do have oil fields are holding the world to ransom!
It is imperative that our government urgently starts implementing strategies to harness our natural resources to make alternative fuels.
On Carte Blanche I saw that people are using human and animal waste to produce fuel and I think I can safely say that we have enough of that in our country to turn into fuel instead of allowing it to pollute our rivers and dams.

I’m with you. I wonder how much higher prices will go before the people have enough and refuse to take it anymore! Time for alternative fuels. The higher the price goes, the more feasible will be the high cost of those alternative methods.
