Now we know that South Africa will play the opening match against Mexico on 11 June 2010 at the Soccer City stadium in Johannesburg and that will certainly be a great occasion and will attract many supporters!
We wish all the teams a great stay in our country and may the best team win!
I’m sure the soccer event will be great. I would love to travel your way someday, It’s a very fascinating country although some aspects the same as anywhere else are a bit frightening to me. Before I die I would love to experience other cultures. I have never been out of the states.
Hi Frosty Girl
Its starting to feel very real now that it is just around the corner.
Jude – South Africa is a great place to come and visit and it is one of those places that what you read in international press reports and what you experience on the ground are two totally separate things.
We have such a vibrant mix of people and sites and sounds packed into a relatively small space and very accessible.
If you ever get a chance to visit SA then grab it with both hands – its an awesome place!
I can’t wait for this world cup to kick start! Would you like to exchange link with me?
Not bad article, but I really miss that you didn’t express your opinion, but ok you just have different approach
I really like when people are expressing their opinion and thought. So I like the way you are writing
All the best Tonight!
Weird…we approved your comment over and over again on Internations, but it didnt appear..(((
Weird!
Anyway, that was no censor ship from us!
Good luck with the Bavaria Babes..))
Hi Hans, A pity my team lost but now we are hoping that Mexico and France will draw their game and then we must beat France to have a chance to go through. Hope your team (Netherlands) will have great success!
I as at the first match in Cape Town, and am watching the semi-final between Uruguay vs Holland in Cape Town. The stadiums are awesome, it’s as if you are in Europe when sitting in the stadium. Well Done SA
Well I hope you will be supporting Holland because if they win : “sal die Kaap weer Hollands wees”! Thanks for the visit Gordon good to hear from you. Enjoy the Soccer!
